I had a HORRIBLE experience at Ruffles Hairstyle and Design. I bought two vouchers each costing $29. They told me it will cost an additional $50 for longer hair for each person (their meaning of long hair is anything longer than a short boy hair cut). Each time I tried to make an appointment for manicure and pedicure they said they were busy and finally when I was closer to the expiration date I told them I needed an appointment right away but they apparently don't take appointments during the weekend for people with vouchers and can only do tues or wed when everyone is busy with work. I can't even go after work because they close at 7, I tried talking to the owner but she was veryy rude and hostile and hung up on me. I called again but they did not pick up. Livingsocial did not give me a refund for this. WORST EXPERIENCE EVERR...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO NOT PURCHASE VOUCHERS FROM RUFFLES HAIRSTYLE AND DESIGN..THEY'RE HORRIBLE!!
