Living social stated the term that the goods will deliver on 3 days.
I purchase the deal on 10th Sept 2014 but until today which is 9th October 2014, I still did not received any goods or even apologize email.
I try to call the customer service, but the line is always busy.
After that, I try to email to them. Time to replied a mail for living social support team is very slow. The conversation with them until they agreed to refund it take around 2 weeks time and in total they only replied 3 mail.
Email 1 (25 Sept)
They submit my issue of item not received to the logistics department for further investigation. They promise will send me an update on this issue.
Email 2 (29 Sept)
They ask me to wait for another 2 weeks before deciding to proceed with the refund.
I rejected them and want to get the refund as soon as possible.
Email 3 (3 Oct)
They proceeded to cancel my order
and provide you a full Deal Bucks refund + 10% rebate.
I agreed on this. But they just ignore it until today (9 Oct)
