    I have been trying to advertise with Livingsocial for over a month. At every turn there is something wrong like my facebook page name had to match my business name, so I changed that. Then it was my facebook page didn't have enough reviews, so I contacted all of my clients and had them write a review. So thinking I had everything I needed I again applied.   • BookATailor refuses to correct a customer service issue

    Purchased and used a voucher for two custom shirts. When I came to pick up my order after three weeks of production and shipping from Thailand one of the shirts had a major defect. It had to be reworked and I asked for it to be shipped to me (locally) after fixing, since the error was caused by Book A Tailor. The business refused and tried to charge me $25 for shipping, when the error was THEIR!   • Sold invalid Dallas Cowboys game tickets by living social

    I purchased 2 preseason game tickets for Dallas cowboys vs Vikings to take place today 8/29/16 at 6pm. Arrived at will call only to be told the voucher was not honored and is not valid. AT&T stadium box off and will call manager advised they have no affiliation with living social or vip tix online. They only honor ticket master tickets.     I had purchased this voucher through living social and the name of the company is Power Duct Cleaning, This company had rescheduled me a total of 5 times. They would schedule me and then cancel me 1 day prior to the scheduled date. Then apologize stating they had the person call out?     Please do not waste your money or time at this unprofessional salon! I received these services as a gift. My daughters were horrified and didn't know this place. My services were so poorly done that a 10 year old could have done it better.     The Living Social "deal" was no deal! I paid $24.99 for 4 engraved Wine Glasses and an Engraved Cheese Board. The Wine Glasses were terrible.   • Worst Window Cleaning Experience EVER

    Window cleaning was quality i could do with my windex. The workers came in a regular vehicle not a company one. my teenage daughter saw 2 of the workers kissing more then actually cleaning our windows, while i was out. When i returned they were very clingy and unprofessional, i saw him grab the girls behind.     About a month ago, I purchased 2 tickets for a cherry blossom cruise on the Potomac. The cruise dates were completely mistimed because the cherry blossoms were only going to be out for 1 of the 3 possible weekends.     I ordered a beats by dr dre studio headphones from living social on Black Friday for $199. They sent me a beats by dr dre Monster headphones instead. I opened the box and to my surprise it turned out to be a fake one. It is very easy to find out if it is a fake or real. Just open YouTube and search for unpacking of beats by dre monster headphones video. There are no logos of monster present on the headphones or plugs which connect headphones to phone and all the accessories.     I thought I had left in plenty of time for the airport but hit a lot of construction and traffic jams.     The picture of the pool on the website is not the one at the hotel. The website does not mention anything about taking a shuttle to the marina or the spa.     This place is a joke! First they called me just hours before my massage and canceled. After I finally got in again I showed up for my appointment and there was no one there!     I ordered two sets of Oral B brushes from Living Social. They never arrived. I did get an email saying that I could order the brushes from an unknown 3rd party but they were not Oral B but copies. I asked for my money back. I never received a refund. I made a claim through Paypal - paid through Paypal.
