  • Rude Customer Service and Miss Leading Services



    My name is Kumar and I bought an item online from the Stupid Living Social on the 2nd June 2014. Until now i did not get my item. Every time I call the customer service will tell me they are not sure when they can deliver the item. My order number is #16130672. I spoke several customer service and all them are rude,not friendly and refuse to help the customer.     Before Christmas 2013 I ordered from Living Social Deals four lots of candles, 4 Vouchers x £15.00 per deal. The above voucher numbers were given and each time I tried to get into Bentley and Karvels website the deal was stating with p & p £42.98 per set of candles. I contacted Living Social Deals (who my contract was with)and they told me to contact Bentley and Karvel.   • Refuse to give refund or credit !



    I purchased a voucher from Living Social for a laser procedure. When I found out the procedure was unsafe to perform prior to the expiration date, I contacted Living Social within the appropriate time frame. My emails were ignored so I sent another request. They responded after the allotted time for a refund to tell me I didn't qualify for a refund OR credit. After calling several times the end results were the same!   • Bad Customer Experience



    Living Social rescheduled the "dinner concert cruise" I had purchased (my very first purchase, and most likely last) to a week after my original pick and when I tried to change it to another date that was good for me, they said I cannot because of their 7-day policy (apparently I called 5 days prior), and not only can I not get rescheduled, I cannot get a refund on my voucher as well...so I'm screwed coz I'm unable to make it to the date they rescheduled me to.   • No product ever received



    I never received the product I first purchased. Called to inquire about purchase could not get an email answer,called and was on a wait to some lousy music. I talk to a representative who tried to contact 3rd party, never could. Said he could only gove me living social credit just recently tried to use credit for some circus tickets, but was not allowed to use THERE credit for a product advertised on THERE website. More...

    I just got ripped off again. I let it go the first time (when a business didn't have any appointments, told me she'd honor my voucher, since she couldn't fit me in, didn't return any of my phone calls and you wouldn't refund my money because it was "after the expiration date") This time the business won't call me back after three tries in two weeks (Denver Home Services), and the voucher expires next week.     Contacted livingsocial about a terrible experience. I purchased 4 vouchers from livingsocial for ImageCanvas. I used one voucher and a month later I still do not know when my order will be shipped. Well beyond their posted order processing schedule.   • Horrible service - Fresh Interior Pro Carpet Care!



    I purchased a Living Social coupon for carpet cleaning. We took 2 hours to move all of the furniture before they arrived, but they did not show up nor did they call to let me know!!! We re-scheduled another appointment for today. The guy came 2 hours late and he did not put anything underneath the wood legs of the couch and the wood stain soaked into the wet carpet!!     I was given $10 in Promotion Bucks to use within 2 weeks. I made my first purchase on Friday which was within the 14 days and was an $11 deal. When I paid, the print at the bottom said my Mastercard would be charged $1 for the deal. I check my bank account today and Living Social took out $11 for the deal and I am furious because I did NOT authorize the amount of this transaction.   • False ad



    I purchased a deal for a brazilian wax for $30. I scheduled my visit to the salon and when I got there was made aware that the employee I was scheduled with has never performed the service before and wasn't comfortable trying (Nor would I allow a first-timer to use me as a guinea pig.)
