Living Social is terrible


This was my first time using Living Social. I bought a voucher to order flowers for my mom for Mother's Day. I haave heard good things about htem so I figured it was legitimate. It's not. I bought the voucher, proflowers.com won't take my payment, on any card even though there is plenty for the difference between the voucher and the flowers. Living Social wouldn't help me resolve it and proflowers would not resolve it, so now I am out the money and the flowers were not sent to my mom. Ridiculous customer service on both parts!

I will never again buy anything on livingsocial.com! I have tried to contact them numerous times regarding a $279 voucher that I could not use back in April. Anytime I called their number, which used to be hard to find, but after A LOT of research, here it is 877-521-4191. Why should a customer service # be so hard to find? Also, When I called that # in the past, all I got was a recording stating they were experiencing a "high call volume" and then it would hang up on you! Sooooo frustrating!! Today, I decided to give them another chance and called and spoke with Lance. Lance spoke all over me. He didn't even give me a chance to explain anything. I told him that I was in customer service for over 20 years and I wanted to talk to a manager. He reluctantly transfered me to Seth, who was about as helpful as a door stop. He basicly told me that I was SOL and I could no longer use my voucher. He also spoke over me and made me feel like I was nothing, just as Lance did. I spent almost $300 on this company and they have the nerve to treat me like I am nothing?!! I am warning you all that livingsocial.com is the WORST company ever and they do not care at all about their customers! I didn't even ask for a refund...I just wanted to use the $279 that I gave them back in April for another "getaway." No can do is what he basicly told me. They are not to be trusted and I have a feeling that they will not be in business much longer!!!
