Where is my order? No one seems to know...

Most of their physical goods are shipping from overseas, not from Australia, even though I bought from the Australian Living Social site. Ordered some fancy sheets for 40% off or so. After waiting 4 weeks, emailed customer service to find out what was happening, as the tracking number they sent me was not working. Have emailed several times since and keep getting told "Your order will be with you soon. Please wait"... in the meantime, I have waited 7 weeks. Still no sheets. Customer service still telling me to please be patient, even though they have no idea where my parcel is. I think that's $99 I can kiss goodbye.

I guess that was a deal that really WAS too good to be true.
