Dear Customer Services,

Case No 03404455
Voucher details : 100012256174 valid until April 24.

I have been trying to contact SocialLiving for nearly 2 weeks but fail to get any form of reponse. I have emailed several times but no success.
I submitted my second query on March 28 and got the above case request No. 03404455. In that email I was told a LivingSocial Consumer Advocate will respond
within 48 hours. It has been 5 days and I have had no response.

I have called several times but get answering message telling me I should call back during office hours when I have always called between 9:00 - 5:30!!!

I have tried to redeem my voucher (details below) but cannot get a response for a booking, so I have emailed you asking if you can investigate and issue a refund.
My sister bought 3 vouchers totaling £300 for a make up course but we cannot contact the retailer offering the course nor can we get through to Social Living??!!!!
It seems impossible to contact the outlet or Social Living?? Please let me know what is going on - Don't ignore me.

After waiting 27 minutes today on the phone, I went from 22 - 12 in the queue and then back up to 22. Eventually after 27 minutes I got an answer and
after giving my email address and Request No. I was thrown off the line. I called back immediately and was told I was no 20 in the qeue again.
I hung up and tried a few minutes later in the hope the queue would be smaller as I was not prepared to wait half an hour again - only to get answer message to call between office hours??
I was calling during your designated office hours.

The customer service you offer is appalling !!!! I can't beleive I cannot get through to you via email or telephone. Please investigate my query and respond accordingly and within 48 hours
(as you stipulate) will be most appreciative.

I await your response.
